Sertaç Kazıcı is the managing partner of Karden Partners. Previously, he was a partner responsible for tax and accounting at RSM Turkey Office, Senior Internal Tax Manager at Borusan Holding and a member of the tax department at EY Turkey. He has extensive knowledge on Turkish Tax Law, Turkish Commercial Law, private sector investments and taxation.
