Sami Kazıcı is a partner at KardenPartners and leads the tax department at our Ankara Office. Previously, he was a partner responsible for tax services at RSM Turkey Office and prior to that he worked at the Tax Inspectors Association of Ministry of Finance. He has extensive knowledge on Turkish Tax Law, Turkish Commercial Law and merger and acquisitions. Kazıcı is the former president of Chamber of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants of İstanbul, between 2006 and 2014.
